To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving your order. You may contact us via email/phone number to request a return authorization. Please provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return. Once your return is authorized, you will receive instructions on how to proceed with the return.


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 3 days.

Shipping Costs:

Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was received damaged or defective. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving your order for a replacement or refund.
